Flow Cytometry Shared Resource

Overview of Services

The Flow Cytometry Shared Resource (FCSR) is dedicated to supporting the research efforts of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Comprehensive Cancer Center (AHWFBCCC) members by providing expert guidance and access to advanced flow cytometry instrumentation. Flow cytometry is an essential, cost-effective technology for rapid, quantitative single-cell analysis, enabling multi-omics integration, detection of complex biomolecules, and precise separation of cell populations important to cancer biology, immunology and hematology-oncology research. Serving both the Winston-Salem and Charlotte campuses, the FCSR enables investigators to apply cutting-edge cytometric techniques across a broad spectrum of cancer biology research.
