ALERT ** VERY IMPORTANT **
All Core Directors and Core Technicians.
At this time – the fund for the CCC discount is not correct and iLab needs to make some system updates.
We will keep you informed when this is ready. IF you do your billing before these are done, you will need to make adjustments/transfers in WorkDay after the billing process.
Business Administrators and Principal Investigators – please help us by checking all the Billing Chartfields within your respective labs to ensure all the appropriate people have access to the appropriate COA. Thanks for your time and attention as we continue to work through the interface with Workday.
Please visit our website at iLab Management | Research Administration / CTSI for recorded training sessions of the integration to Workday in addition to the Help Site link to iLab's information.
If you have any trouble logging in, please contact ilab-support@agilent.com.
If you have any questions about anything iLab related, please join us every non-holiday Wednesday, from 9:00 to 10:00 am EST in Teams at the following link:

Mission
The mission of the Qualitative and Patient-Reported Outcomes (Q-PRO) Shared Resource is to enrich science and improve health by amplifying perspectives on complex and underexplored health, system, and societal challenges.
The Q-PRO Shared Resource supports population-focused research by providing pre-award scientific consultation to investigators, and research infrastructure to support both qualitative and patient-reported outcomes research for funded projects. We address the unmet needs for methodological expertise in qualitative research and patient-reported outcomes that promote translational research in clinical and community settings.
Services Provided
Initial consultations are provided at no cost to the investigator. All other services are provided for a fee. Submit a Q-PRO Service Request Form to initiate an estimate. For grant proposals, please reach out at least three weeks prior to submission. For funded projects, please reach out at least two months before any requested work begins.
Qualitative Research Services
Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) Measurement Services
Services are available for all Atrium teammates across all locations, including the Wake Forest Baptist Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Levine Cancer Institute.
